Unlocking SCENT as a new modality for AI

We are building a machine olfaction platform that combines Nobel Prize-recognized next-generation materials, advanced sensor technology, and AI to convert complex scents into objective, actionable data — directly where decisions are made. Initial applications include Quality Control (off-flavour detection, batch-to-batch consistency, authenticity) and Product Development (aroma profiling and target profile matching). Starting in wine & beverages, our vision is to unlock scent as a new modality for AI and build foundational scent intelligence infrastructure for Physical AI across industries — including Food, Fragrance, Consumer Products, Healthcare, Robotics, Industry 4.0, and Defense. Every deployment expands the underlying scent intelligence layer, creating a data flywheel that continuously improves model performance and platform value over time.
