ViSPAGI is a German biotechnology startup revolutionizing cancer diagnostics through artificial intelligence. The final diagnosis is still made by a human pathologist, but the virtual staining tool helps them interpret the images more efficiently. ViSPAGI's business model involves providing its software to medical professionals, which can be run on conventional laptops, even within an operating room. This makes advanced diagnostics accessible without requiring expensive, specialized hardware. The platform is designed to be fully GDPR compliant, ensuring that no patient images or data leave the clinic, which maintains data privacy and security. The company serves the digital pathology market, offering a solution to a significant problem in laboratory workflows.
