wehser.ai is building the first AI management system designed for schools. Today, 86% of teachers and most of the students in Germany use AI - but only 3% of schools have rules for it. Schools aren't unwilling to act - they're structurally unprepared. AI tools and one-off workshops don't close that gap. What's missing is the layer above: clear goals, defined roles, decision paths, and review cycles that hold up under EU AI Act, GDPR, and school law.
